Jean-Philippe's nurtured his early passion for photography and turned it into a successful commercial career, having kept for years national accounts such as; Bush Brothers, Premier Athletics, St Mary's Healthcare System, Varsity Spirit, and more.  He is the recipient of many advertising awards.  He is the co-author of two books: "Highway 61 - Faces of the South, Voices of the Delta", (which was the "Project of the Year" for the University of Tennessee Press),
 and "Women of Coal", published by Kentucky Press.
