Jean-Philippe Cyprès is a French-born photographer with over 40 years of experience in commercial, editorial, and travel photography. Trained at the French Society of Photography School in Paris and later in Copenhagen, he built his early career shooting for magazines and advertising campaigns across Europe before relocating to the United States.

He is the author of two published books: *Highway 61 – Faces of the South, Voices of the Delta*, and *Women of Coal* (co-authored with Randall Norris, Ph.D.), published by the University of Tennessee Press and University Press of Kentucky. His documentary and travel photography has earned multiple industry awards, and his commercial work has been trusted by institutions including the University of Tennessee, Virginia Commonwealth University, UAB, WVU, and St. John's University in New York.

Today, Jean-Philippe is based in Morgantown, West Virginia, and works on location throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, and West Virginia, specializing in commercial, real estate, automotive, and food photography.
